Ten years ago, I made a decision many people thought was a little crazy.
Instead of opening another salon, I bought an old horse lorry with a dream of creating something different.

At the time, I was going through a divorce and raising four children. I needed a business that could move with us if life demanded it. More than anything, I dreamed of building a peaceful salon in nature here in Portugal.

That dream became Wild Organic Hair Studio.
My passion for organic haircare came after my eldest son struggled with eczema. It made me question the ingredients we use every day and inspired me to create a salon built on kindness, honesty and professional results.

Ten years later, those same values are shaping Wild Organic Haircare.

Wild Organic has always been about more than hair. It's about resilience, fresh starts, and creating a life rooted in nature.

If I'm honest, I also find today's world of social media a challenge. I'm a millennial hairdresser, starting at age 18. My business was built through word of mouth, trust, and genuine relationships—not perfect lighting, viral reels, or trending music.

But every stage of life teaches us something new.
So, once again, I'm growing. 🌱

Over the past few months I've been researching, testing and exploring new ways to support healthier, stronger, more beautiful hair while staying true to the values this salon was built upon.

As many of you know, hair health has always been my priority. Whether your hair is fine, damaged, curly, coloured, menopausal, growing out or simply needing some extra love, every decision I make for the salon starts with one question:
