We are very happy to be introducing a new free of charge, weekly event at Inlight. Every Tuesday at 7.30pm our lovely Karuna will be guiding this session which consists of 45 minutes seated meditation practice with introductory techniques to support a deeper meditative state. The meditation will be followed by 15 minutes of optional sharing.
No previous experience needed, everyone is welcome!

This is a drop in event, pre bookings are not needed and it is free of charge.

First session will be held Tuesday 7/7 2026. We hope to see you there!
