Yoga Shala

☀️ 🍂 Bathed in the autumn light, we're continuing our practice .
I know we've been a bit quiet around here, but classes never stopped! 🧘‍♀️

The schedule is still being finalized, but for now classes are held in the morning, at 10h.

And yes my lovely Portuguese people, classes are taught (yet) in English — but don't let that stop you. Yoga speaks a lot through body language, and I always have wonderful "groupie translators" 😊 ready to help in class.

✨ Começa a tua prática de yoga em Rio Maior!

No Yoga Shala exploramos asana (posturas físicas), filosofia, meditação e pranayama (exercícios de respiração) — para todos os níveis. Não precisas de experiência — só de vontade de aparecer!

🎁 A primeira aula é grátis. Gostas? Subscreve a tua mensalidade logo no primeiro mês e oferecemos-te uma 5ª aula!
