I am a level 2 Emglish Reiki, therapist,
I travel to your home, and give you Reiki , so you are totally relaxed .

My career has been working for 30 years as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the uk .
Working with a broad spectrum of mental health problems .
Before Moving to Portugal
My interest in reiki was ignited, when alternative and complimentary therapies , were introduced to work along side modern medicine , as a holistic treatment approach.
I continue to take a Holistic , open minded approach to all treatments .
There is room for different treatments to compliment each other .
Reiki works well for anxiety /stress related problems . As well as helping physical complaints

Our current life situation, Just generates anxiety.
Reiki for 45/60 mins . €40

I am based in Silves , and will travel within 10km free, after that I need to charge an extra €10 upto 40 km , and €20 over 40 km

Last week I had an amazing relaxing Reike session with lovely Debby! I last had Reike 12 years ago when I was at a very low point in my life. Her healing hands were naturally drawn to the weak areas of my body, with no prompting from me! I felt totally at ease, my heart rate and pulse dropped and I was lulled into a magical sense of calm! With Debby's 30 years of working in UK NHS mental health and then training in Reike I knew I was in capable hands. Memories of traumatic times in my past came to my mind, but were put to rest at the end of the session. I was left feeling tired but refreshed. I slept so well that night too. Can highly recommend for any physical or mental health issues. Let Debby's hands work their magic! I'll be back for another session very soon. Thank you so much! ❤️😘💗

Amazing sensation of what I can only describe as floating. I was feeling very tense through stress & back pain, after only 10mins I came out so relaxed
