I am Ayessa Jane Caño, 26 years old and I have a PCOS (Poly Cystic O***y Syndrome)

January 2017 I go to the OB, then nakita sa ultrasound ko na may mga follicle cyst or may cyst sa both ovaries ko. shempre nabigla ako kasi wala naman akong nararamdam or something masakit saken. then, nag research ako about Poly Cystic O***y Syndrome sobrang daming signs and symptoms pala na naka relate ako tulad ng:

* irregular periods
* oily skin or acne.
* weight gain.
* thinning hair and hair loss from the head.
* excessive hair growth (hirsutism) – usually on the face, chest, back or buttocks.

Napaka daming signs na hindi ko alam na ang mga signs pala na to ay may sakit na.
nandyan yung may nagsasabi sakin na
-ang taba taba ko (mag diet ka naman)
-anong ngyare sa buhok mo baket ang nipis?
-be, try mo magpa rebond ay manipis nga pala hair mo.
-naglalagas yung hair ko.
-everytime na magpapa thread ako ng kilay pati bigote ko napapansin at baka gusto ko din daw ipa wax.
-yung hindi naman talaga ako tigyawatin pero nagpaparty na sila sa face ko,

So, eto na nga nung una hindi ko sya pinapansin wala akong pakelam sa mga sintomas but, I realized na hindi ko to pwedeng pabayaan lang hindi ko pwedeng balewalain. ayokong uminom ng mga pills kasi ang thinking ko is marami syang side effect.
then, 1 time I was praying to the Lord na, Lord, what will I do to cure these disease?
