Quite hard endo on a 28, cavity access began by an other dentist, no rubber dam (impossible to fix on the tooth, access to tight, we did a system with cotton roll around the tooth during endo and final obturation to keep it dry at its maximum 🌵🔥)

1. Exploring canals with K-files (10 micrometers diameter) 📌

2. Tooth at the initial state, before access cavity (distal decay, pulp chamber opened, dead pulp) ☠️

3. Tooth after endo, with provisory before final composite obturation, checking length of gutta cones 🔨

Abscess ’ drainage 💉 and pulpectomy, the goal is to put the abscess away. We used apex locator to correctly reach the apex and be sure to remove the peri-apical infection. Made by ._beubeu_ (or )
