What is double cleanse?
Double cleansing is a way of getting your skin extra clean.
It is recommended to use 2 cleansers, especially at night before you go to bed.
💆‍♀️The first you use has to be a milder one than the second cleanser. The first should be a micellar water or a cleansing oil which breaks down your make-up and the dirt from the day.
💆‍♀️The second one should be addressed for your particular skin type and has to contain more active ingredients and has to hydrate and treat your skin.

After your double cleansing you can use your skin care products (serums, face oils, creams) which are addressed for your exact skin type.

You have to hydrate your skin inside and out.
This means if you are drinking plenty of water and don't use any hydrating cream, your skin can become dehydrated and dry. Also, if you are using a hydrating cream but don't drink enough water, your skin can most likely to turn dehydrated.
Use a cream which contains:
✅vitamin C
✅ceramides
✅hyaluronic acid
✅cholesterol
✅omega fatty acids
✅vitamin E
✅alpha hydroxy acids (don't use them in the summer)
And many others.
