Joining our panel is Shannon Currie-Graham, founder of Shan Styling - a London-based barber, braider and loctician known for delivering premium hair services to a diverse clientele, including high-profile names in sport, music and entertainment.
Shannon has built a thriving business and community by championing authenticity, creativity and self-expression, and believes hair is more than just a style, it’s a powerful form of identity, culture and confidence.
Through her work, she’s committed to inspiring young people to embrace who they are unapologetically, celebrating Black hair in all its forms, and creating safe, empowering spaces where clients feel seen, valued and confident.

Outside of content, she’s the founder of netballnoire a growing community connecting Black women and non-binary people through sport, social events, and genuine friendship 💫

This time we’re joined by Téja Renée , founder of Dear Little Sister - a supportive community for young girls and her own independent publishing company, Truehouse Publishing.
Known as the “Online Big Sister,” Téja creates coming-of-age novels, journals, and educational resources, and delivers school talks that help young girls build confidence, self-esteem, and a strong sense of self.

Now she’s bringing that same energy to guide a day of real talk on hair, identity, and sisterhood 💫
