Whether you prefer a wood fired sauna deep in the forest, completely alone, or a guided experience with music, breathwork, mindfulness, and a room full of strangers who leave as friends, we believe both belong and can co-exist just fine.

For just 349 SEK/month, you get unlimited access to our Open Sauna during all self-service hours (07:00–17:00, outside of guided sessions). Come as often as you like. Stay as long as you need. Build a ritual that fits your life.
And whenever you feel like joining one of our guided Session, you’ll unlock an exclusive member price of just 199 SEK per session instead of the regular 349 SEK.

We live in a world where we’re constantly connected. There is always another notification to check, another email to answer, another feed to scroll through. Over time, that constant stream of information leaves very little space for our own thoughts.
A reset is about creating that space again.
When you put your phone away and allow yourself to simply be present, something changes. Your mind slows down. The noise fades. Thoughts that have been buried beneath stress and distraction begin to surface, and creativity has room to flow again.
It’s easy to think that doing nothing is unproductive. But some of our best ideas, clearest decisions, and most meaningful reflections come when we stop trying to fill every moment.
Sometimes, disconnecting from the world is exactly what allows you to reconnect with yourself. ✨
