We’re turning up the volume and lowering the carriage for a high-octane, 75-minute Advanced Reformer Disco Party. This isn’t just a workout; it’s a rhythmic, lung-busting, glute-burning celebration of all things 70s.

Frida and Olga, will be leading the charge, ensuring your form is fierce and your transitions are smoother than a velvet jumpsuit. Expect advanced flows, double the corrections, and a playlist that would make Donna Summer proud.

🕺 Dress Code: Mandatory Sparkle

Let’s be real: you can’t hit a ”Teaser” without a little bit of glitter. Dressing up is a must! Whether it’s neon spandex, flared leggings, headbands, or full-blown sequins, we want to see you shine.

Warning: Side effects may include extreme core strength, excessive smiling, and the sudden urge to ”Hustle” mid-plank.

Vi är glada att kunna meddela att fastighetsägaren kommer att installera luftkonditionering i studion i Västra Hamnen. Nu kan vi se fram emot en riktigt behaglig sommar i studion.

Installationen innebär att vi tillfälligt flyttar passen till en angränsande lokal i samma hus enligt följande:

30 mars – 1 april: Alla pass hålls i tillfällig lokal, Nordenskiöldsgatan 26 (bredvid Salads and Smoothies)

2 april: Pass fram till 14.00 i tillfällig lokal. Från 16.30-passet är vi tillbaka i ordinarie studio

Den tillfälliga lokalen rymmer 9 reformers, så antalet bokningsbara platser är 9 istället för 14 under dessa dagar.

Vi ser fram emot att välkomna er till en svalare och skönare studio under våren och sommaren.

We’re happy to let you know that the landlord will be installing air conditioning in our Västra Hamnen studio. We can now look forward to a truly comfortable summer in the studio.

During the installation, classes will temporarily move to an adjacent space in the same building as follows:

March 30 - April 1: All classes held in temporary studio, Nordenskiöldsgatan 26 (next to Salads and Smoothies)

April 2: Classes until 2:00 PM in temporary studio. From the 4:30 PM class we’re back in our regular studio

The temporary space fits 9 reformers, so the number of bookable spots is 9 instead of 14 during these days.

We look forward to welcoming you to a cooler and more comfortable studio this spring and summer.
