I met this patient a couple of months ago

Here we can se annaging process that is dominated with volume loss.

This type of aging often responds well to filler treatments.

The challenge is however to not give that typical filler look with too much cheekbones and jawline.

And for everyone’s sake, to avoid a too pointy filler ”witch chin”

My trick is to use my filler and my blunt cannula like an artist’s brush, tiny tiny droplets distributed so finely, blended to perfection between all areas of the face.

That way the transitions are so smooth and it looks very natural.

I also use a stiff filler. Doing that I can avoid using too large amounts of filler, and migration and puffinesscan be prevented.

I can use a stiff filler even superficially due to my microdroplets technique.

The patient did, she teared up when she saw her result ❤️

Not always. But when the ask is “the same, just better,” you have almost no room to be wrong. She already had a beautiful lip.

The ask was not bigger. It was more even, slightly fuller, and absolutely no border sticking out. That is a very short list of ways to get this right.

At rest you can see it. The volume is there, we just need to even it out, lift a bit more, and the most important (and the most difficult thing): no projecting border
