The drink Johanna makes before every HEAT session. Grapefruit kombucha, olive oil, a scoop of collagen and a chilled glass with no ice. Silky, a little salty, made for summer.
INGREDIENTS
450 ml grapefruit kombucha
0.5 lemon, juiced
0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of good salt (optional)

1 tsp honey
METHOD
Fill your glass with ice and let it chill for a minute or two, then discard the ice before pouring. No ice in the drink. Mix everything together, pour and enjoy.
The chilled-glass trick keeps it cold without watering it down. The olive oil gives it a silky finish.
