She was disappointed with the colour and highlights she had done in the Philippines. Her hair became very dry and frizzy.
Since rebonding is not recommended on heavily highlighted hair, I suggested a Keratin Treatment instead. While it won’t make the hair 100% straight like rebonding, it helps reduce frizz, adds shine, and makes the hair smoother, softer, and more manageable.
