something i don’t show enough is how hard it is to manage rest days while growing a business. i don’t set fixed days off right now because my focus is on scaling. so falling sick unexpectedly and scrambling to reschedule everyone is a huge wake-up call. 😮💨

in consult i just told her it was discontinued and that we now have AKIRA. but i took the risk to loosen up the spikes a little to give the look of our old set, and she loved how it turned out!
didn’t capture this during the consult, but explained it at the end when showing the final look. so glad i decided to tweak it instead of just going strictly for what’s on the menu ✨
working with a client who knows the exact terms and what she wants makes the consultation smooth sailing. 🙂↕️
