On 24 July, Bunny Lashes & Beauty Academy had the privilege of partnering DRW to provide participants of NTUC Youth for an Express Colour Analysis Workshop, empowering young adults as they prepare to enter the corporate world.

Because colour analysis isn't about limiting what you can wear.
It's about understanding how to present your best self with confidence, whether it's for an interview, your first day at work, a client meeting, or simply showing up feeling like you.

Every colour drape brought a new discovery.
Every smile reflected newfound confidence.
Every question reminded me that learning never goes out of style.

And of course... no successful event happens without the behind-the-scenes laughs.

One thing I was reminded of that day?
Youth has no age limit.

It's the courage to ask questions.

I caught up with an old friend recently, and she asked me something that made me smile.

"I thought Bunny Lashes and Beauty only does facials and lashes... why are you presenting in offices now?"

It's a fair question.

Since 2024, Bunny Lashes and Beauty Academy has expanded beyond beauty services to offer corporate workshops in personal branding, professional styling and colour analysis.

But here's what many people don't realise.

We don't start by asking, "What workshop would you like?"

We start by asking, "What outcome do you hope your people will achieve?"

Is it helping fresh graduates build confidence before entering the workforce?

Supporting client-facing teams to make stronger first impressions?

Developing executive presence for emerging leaders?

Or creating a team experience that's engaging, practical and memorable?

No two workshops are ever the same because no two organisations have the same goals.

That conversation with my friend also reminded me of something.

How many times have we walked into a shop looking for one thing, but left with something completely different because someone took the time to understand what we actually needed?

The best recommendations don't come from selling what's on the shelf.

They come from listening first.

That's the philosophy we've brought into every corporate workshop we design.

As mothers and business owners, we all wear many hats. Between running our businesses, and managing our daily responsibilities, finding time wasn't always easy.

Some walked before sunrise.
Some ran after putting their children to bed.
Some encouraged others when motivation was running low.

Today, I'm proud to share that not only did we complete our 200-kilometre challenge, we also successfully raised over $6,000.

This campaign is especially close to my heart because I lost my father to cancer upon graduation, and that experience taught me that while we cannot always change someone's diagnosis, we can choose to walk alongside them with compassion, hope and support.

Success isn't measured only by the business we build, but by the difference we make in the lives of others.

Today's pickleball event is a beautiful reminder of that.

Different women.
Different businesses.
Different backgrounds.

But one shared purpose—to do good together.

To every lady who joined this campaign, thank you for believing in this vision.
