Beauty therapists at SENZE Boutique Spa are required to go through a mandatory training period of 8 weeks and yearly evaluation (for both theoretical and practical knowledge) to ensure that they are able to provide the best care and service possible to the customer. The spa currently has over 40 staff members that include spa managers, training & development team, customer experience team, and skin therapists. With an average of 10 years experience among them, you can be rest assured that your every skincare and wellness needs will be well taken care of. Every customer’s skin and lifestyle profile is recorded, maintained, and cyclically reviewed to ensure that that customer is getting the care that he or she needs. The dedicated customer service team will ensure that services such as the booking of appointments will be as smooth and convenient as possible.
