Hair for Hope
Hair for Hope is Children's Cancer Foundation's annual iconic fundraiser.
Organised by Children's Cancer Foundation, Hair for Hope is the only head-shaving event in Singapore that serves to raise funds and awareness of childhood cancer. Every shaven head represents an understanding by an individual of the ordeals that a child with cancer is subjected to. HfH also provides an opportunity to garner support from the public in the form of monetary pledging. By volunteering

Hair for Hope 2026 brought together a community united in solidarity with children and families impacted by childhood cancer. From courageous head shaves to meaningful conversations, the event was filled with hope, laughter, and an incredible show of support.
A special thank you to the teams from KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) Children's Blood and Cancer Centre (CBCC) and National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) for partnering with us to bring the childhood cancer journey to life through our immersive experiences.
Visitors stepped into an immersive hospital ward experience, explored a virtual reality (VR) simulation that offers a glimpse into what it's like for a child undergoing radiation therapy, and learnt more about chemotherapy and the care healthcare professionals provide to support children and their families throughout treatment.
Special thank you to 501st Legion Singapore for bringing the force to Hair for Hope 2026. Visitors had a wonderful time meeting the Star Wars Characters, creating unforgettable moments of joy and smiles throughout the day.
Take a look at some of our favourite moments—and don't forget to tag your friends and family if you spot them! 💛
There's still time to make a difference. Donations are open until 16 August 2026. Every contribution helps us continue providing vital programmes and services for children and families impacted by childhood cancer.

To all our Satellite Partners, thank you for standing in solidarity with children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Every act of support has reminded them that they are not facing this journey alone. 💛
Thank you for making a BALD Statement, opening your spaces, rallying your communities, and championing Hair for Hope. Through your partnership, you've inspired courageous first shaves, sparked meaningful conversations about childhood cancer, and brought hope and encouragement to the children and families we serve.
Together, we have shown that when a community comes together, we can make a meaningful difference. Every shave, every conversation, and every act of generosity is a powerful reminder that we are all together in this shared journey.
While our satellite events have come to an end, the Hair for Hope campaign continues until 16 August 2026. If you would like to continue making a difference, support children and families impacted by childhood cancer by making a donation at hairforhope.org.sg. 💛

Some moments stay with us long after the event ends.
If you joined us at Hair for Hope last weekend, you may have visited our public education booth and stepped into the immersive bedroom experience. There, you met Yiyi through her story, one of courage, resilience, and hope.
We'll let her story speak for itself. 💛
At CCF, we believe that play is a child's language. It's how children learn, express themselves, and make sense of the world around them. Through her own way of playing, Yiyi shared her thoughts, feelings, and journey with our community. Thank you for taking the time to listen and for holding space for her story.
This is why community support matters. Childhood cancer doesn't end when treatment does. Recovery, returning to school, reconnecting with friends, and finding confidence again can all be part of the journey. When we stand together, no child or family has to walk that path alone.
Hair for Hope is more than a head shave, it's a movement of solidarity, awareness, and hope.
The Hair for Hope campaign runs until 16 August 2026. If you'd like to support children and families impacted by childhood cancer, you can make a contribution via the link: https://hairforhope.org.sg/

Our main event may be over, but the journey doesn’t end here. ✨
As Hair for Hope 2026 main event comes to a close, we are deeply grateful to everyone who chose to be part of this shared journey.
Together, over 4,500 individuals shaved their heads in solidarity with children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
Every shave tells a child its OK to be BALD. Every donation supports children with cancer. Together, these acts of courage, kindness and generosity become a powerful message of hope.
To everyone who showed up, encouraged, volunteered, donated and stood with us – thank you for making Hair for Hope possible. Because of you, children with cancer and their families know that they have a community standing beside them.
While the event has ended, you can still make a difference.
We are about $200,000 away from reaching our fundraising target. Donations remain open until 16 August 2026. Every contribution, big or small, helps provide critical programmes and services for children and families impacted by childhood cancer.

Some journeys are lighter when they are shared. 💛
Yesterday marked the first day of Hair for Hope 2026, as our community came together to stand in solidarity with children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
We were honoured to have our Guest-of-Honour, Jeffrey Siow (萧振祥) alongside our CCF Patron, Eric Chua, joining us at our event. Their presence reflected a shared commitment to raising awareness for childhood cancer and sending a powerful message to every child and family that they are not alone on this journey.
Yesterday, close to 1,000 individuals made a BALD Statement by shaving their heads, and $4.6 million was raised in support of children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
Thank you to our shavees, donors, satellite partners, sponsors and supporters for believing in our mission and walking this shared journey with us and showing children with cancer that they are not alone.✨
The journey continues today, and we would love for you to be part of it!
Whether you are ready to shave, donate or simply stand in support, there’s still time to make a difference!
