These are 8 tips how we can eat healthily
1. Base your meals on higher fibre starchy carbohydrates
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
3. Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
5. Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults
6. Get active and be a healthy weight
7. Do not get thirsty. Drink enough water daily.
8. Do not skip breakfast

It is important for us to eat healthy for all 3 meals in a day. Have 3 servings of non meat protein, 3 servings of meat protein, 3 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits as well as half a palm size of carbohydrates for each meal. Try that and see your energy levels and weight change.
