Nettle is a common, herbaceous plant that is widely used for hair loss. It helps strengthen hair follicles due to its high content of iron and silica. Dear butterflies, sorry this is late but, I needed January to really sit and reflect over things in the professional front before I wrote my annual letter to you. Thank you for an amazing 2025! As we evolve every year, our purpose gets clearer and clearer. In 2025, we went deep into holistic wellness. We may have started out as a skincare and haircare brand but we slowly evolved or are evolving into a wellness brand. At kalpzbeautykitchen, we’re not selling you just haircare or skincare products, we’re offering you wellness, a chance to connect deeply and to unravel your true self and to do that, you need to start from acknowledging your body from within. Understanding as well that what you apply on your skin/hair has deeper repercussions. It’s not just another “skincare or haircare”. In the skincare world, quick fixes and fast remedies are rising in popularity but so are endocrine, hormone disruptors and toxic substances that no one tells you about. Do you understand the ingredients being added when you read your skincare label? People unaware of why there are rising autoimmune conditions or cancer rates, various health issues thinking they’ve been living a relatively healthy lifestyle or are unlucky but it’s as simple as what you’ve allowed to enter your skin over the years, what you’ve allowed your body to be exposed to.

Let 2026 be the year we become more aware of these truths and to be mindful in what we put in and on our bodies. ❤️
Ultimately I hope you know that our goal is to guide you into true healing. We are unraveling to you a world of what true wellness really means, to address the root cause of your issues and sometimes to do that we have to dig deep and it can be uncomfortable to hear some truths or to break some habits but it’s in this discomfort that you’re led to the truth. It was my own journey as well butterflies. It still is! I am learning with you everyday. 💕
