We are pleased to have a meaningful session on Personal Image Management, focusing on the importance of personal grooming and color theory recently with different groups of learners.
We learned how proper grooming helps create a positive first impression, while understanding the right colors can enhance confidence, professionalism, and personal style. The session was conducted by Professional Image Consultant, Anna Lim.
A valuable reminder that our image is a powerful form of communication and can influence both personal and professional success.
Maintain a good image is a choice, an attitude and habit.
Some people may think that image management, personal grooming takes time, troublesome, what if I tell you with your little effort, let’s say spent extra 10-15 minutes a day with proper image can help you raise your energy and attract good opportunities, does it worth? Focus on the positive results you want and not the challenges you think of.
