Knowing your hair porosity will help you purchase the right product. So, here's a little breakdown on hair porosity and what My Coils product(s) you can incorporate in your haircare routine:

🌿Low porosity

Low porosity hair has tightly closed cuticles, so lightweight, water-based creams like the Shea Butter Nourishing Cream will work better. Creams easily pe*****te the hair shaft without leaving a greasy residue.

🌿High porosity

High porosity hair has an open cuticle, so it absorbs moisture easily but needs a sealing product like the Avocado & Macadamia Hair Butter to prevent it from escaping quickly. Products with a heavy consistency help seal the hair cuticle and lock in moisture.
