Please be informed that I do not accept rush orders. Processing and shipping usually take 7–10 business days or longer, depending on the volume of orders being handled by my supplier. Delays may happen during peak periods, although they are not always expected.

This processing time has always been stated in my terms and conditions before payment, and by placing your order, you agreed to these terms.

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding if there are occasional delays. Once your payment is received, it is immediately forwarded to my supplier to process your order. Because of this, refunds are not available after payment has been processed. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is provided by my supplier.
