When you book our service, you are entrusting us with your funds and your orders. Therefore, our company policies must be followed by ALL CLIENTS — OLD OR NEW.

STRICT COMPANY POLICY

NO DEPOSIT — NO SHOPPING.
Shopping will only begin once the required deposit has been received and confirmed.

NO SETTLED PAYMENT — NO SHIPMENT.
Your shipment will only be released once the required balance is fully settled.

NO PAYMENT — NO SHIPMENT.
We will not release or ship any parcel without confirmed payment.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION & TRANSACTIONS

For proper control and accountability:

• All payments and official transactions must be made directly through my designated account.
• Our Angels are authorized to shop, pick up, sort, and prepare the items you requested.
• Team members will not approve payment arrangements, special requests, or other transactions without my authorization.
• Any inquiry or arrangement outside the approved process must be confirmed directly with me.

These policies are not intended to make transactions difficult. They are in place to protect both our clients and Nai Robi and to maintain a professional standard as our company continues to grow.
