❣️على خاطرنا نستحقوا باش ندللوا رواحنا أول حاجة
❣️ و زادة باش نتخلصوا من excès de sébumو نمنعوا ظهور الحبوب
❣️باش نتخلصوا من peau morte و يولي وجهنا ضاوي و ماعادش شاحب
❣️و أهم حاجة باش نتخلصوا من التجاعيد و نمنعوا ظهورها على بكري ( متقولش مازلت صغيرة كل ما تبدى على بكري soin متاعك كل ما تكون نتيجة احسن برشا)
🌟🌟ملا شنوة لازم نعمل كل يوم باش نحافظ على بشرتي؟!
اول حاجة لازم تعرفها هي اللي المواظبة هي السر باش تكون النتيجة احسن و أسرع
❣️الخطوات الأساسية dans une routine soin de visage:
💚1- ازالة المكياج - le démaquillage :
اول حاجة نبداو بيها هي تنضيف الوجه بقطنة فيها شوة eau micellaire باش تنحي المكياج و الغبرة و حتى الوسخ اللي نوصلوه الوجه بايدينا ..

💚2-التنظيف- le nettoyage :
نغسلوا وجهنا في الصباح و في الليل بgel و إلا savon باش نتخلصوا من excès de sébum و الشوائب الكل

💚3- التقشير - le gommage :
الخطوة هذه نعملوها من مرة الى مرتين في الجمعة باش نجددوا خلايا الوجه و نحيوا القشرة الميتة

💚4- الترطيب - l'hydratation :
الترطيب لازم في الصباح باش نحضروا وجهنا قبل المكياج و باش نحميوا بشرتنا من العوامل المناخية
و لازم في الليل زادة بعد التنظيف باش بشرتنا ترتاح و نعاونوها باش تجدد الخلايا و خاصة نمنعوا ظهور التجاعيد على بكري و اذا عنا نتخلصوا منها
