Endoscopic deep plane midface lift, post-op 3 months🥰 thanks to my dear patient Vicman Victoria for video🙏🏽 In this operation the incision begins along the temporal line, hidden within the hair. Elevation is performed in the frontal region, lateral to the mid-pupillary line, and continues through the temporal region along the deep temporalis muscle fascia. The lift extends over the periosteum of the orbital and maxillary bones, finishing at the nasolabial folds. Sutures placed on the malar fat pad and eyebrows are non-dissolvable, while the sutures at the incision sites are dissolvable.
Recovery:
• 5 days with tape
• No corset required
• Patients can typically return to social life after one week
