As the first and last point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their time with us.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, highly organized and proactive, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to stay on top of the details.

The role includes managing calls and messages, coordinating appointments, welcoming clients, supporting clinic flow, handling payments, assisting with stock and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done and is willing to step in and help keep things moving.
