桃膠雪蓮子燉鮮奶🥣
材料:(1人份)
桃膠 10g
雪蓮子 8粒
大紅棗 2粒
桂圓肉 4粒
杞子 少量
牛奶🥛 250mL
冰糖(視個人喜好) 10g
做法:🍽
1️⃣ 桃膠、雪蓮子凍水浸泡1晚，洗淨。除去桃膠表面黑色雜質。反覆清洗，瀝乾水份
2️⃣ 紅棗、桂圓肉及杞子用水浸軟。將所有材料洗淨，紅棗去核
3️⃣將所有材料放入燉盅，倒入牛奶
4️⃣ 水滾後轉至中小火，放入燉盅，隔水燉30分鐘
