Episode 1. Move with Ilham

A little reminder for anyone who’s been holding back because they’re plus size:

Don’t be shy to move your body. Don’t wait until you’re smaller, fitter, or more confident to start.

Every time you show up, you’re doing something powerful. And whether you realize it or not, you’re inspiring someone else to do the same.

Movement isn’t reserved for a certain body type. The court, the gym, the walk, the run—they’re for all of us. 🫶🏼

If this video found you today, drop a 🫶🏼 in the comments so I know you’re here.

Let’s keep moving with purpose, one rally at a time. 🎾✨

Pickleball is therapeutic 🎾✨

Don’t let your body define what you can and can’t do. Move anyway. Play the sport. Step out of your comfort zone. Try new things. Surprise yourself.

Sometimes healing looks like showing up, sweating, laughing, and realizing you’re stronger than you thought. 💪🏾

This Valentine’s Day, I showed up for my stretch class—and for myself.
No grand gestures, just quiet consistency, a little discipline, and a lot of self-love.

Progress doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes it’s just choosing to move, to breathe, to grow—one stretch, one class, one promise to yourself at a time.

Thank you for organizing the stretch and mobility class.

Stretch smarter, move better, and feel stronger every day 💪
Mobility isn’t optional—it’s essential for performance and recovery.
