If you are used to eating breakfast, choosing the right foods will energize you for a long time, eliminate the risk of overeating all day long, and even help you lose weight. It is better to give up the habit of having breakfast of coffee with a croissant or a couple of fruits. The morning diet should be based on foods rich in proteins and slow carbohydrates. The body will need a lot of time and energy to digest them, which means you can calmly hold out until lunch without feeling hungry.
Also, don't forget about fiber and healthy fats. Fiber-rich vegetables stimulate digestion, which is very important, since all processes in our body slow down significantly at night.
