I can’t believe we got here so fast. Lennon is the sweetest blessing and the perfect addition to our family. We love you Lenny Lou and we can’t wait to celebrate you today!

One of my biggest realizations lately is that I do have more to give..

I’ve spent most of my life in fight or flight mode..since I was a little girl. It feels like my life has been one big “what is going to happen next?” “what needs fixed?” and “what do I need to do to keep this moving” 😮‍💨 I know I can’t be alone in that..

In return you feel anxious even when things aren’t technically wrong, you’re constantly anticipating the next problem, you struggle to relax because being productive feels safer than being still, and you feel responsible for everyone..

And the hardest one for me?! You have trouble enjoying good moments because you’re waiting for something to change..

You may feel like “well this is just who and how I am” but if you look deeper it’s actually lived experiences that created that response inside of you. You can spend years believing you’re thriving because you’re accomplishing so much..only to discover how much of your energy was going toward simply holding everything together.

I’m here to tell you there’s hope and there’s healing. You can find peace again, you can trust again, and you can ultimately breathe again. I used to wonder if I would ever feel creative and passionate again..I felt like that piece of me was gone for good. That person is still inside of you..healing takes time and intentional change.

I don’t want to spend my life bracing for what could go wrong because of my past..I want to be fully present for everything that’s going right🩷

I can’t believe this sweet baby will be ONE in a couple of days 😭

A year ago I didn’t know what this year would hold or what our life would look like with a third baby..but she has brought so much joy to each of us. I’ve enjoyed every moment and I’ve soaked up each day with her. My last baby..

Lennon came as a reminder of Gods love and strength. From an all natural birth to being a mom again at 35. She slowed me down in the best ways. She saved me and she was right on time🩷
