Friendly reminder: cancellation fees are not optional. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you cancel last minute or simply don’t show up, it leaves me with an empty spot that could have gone to another client.

Standing up your stylist for a service and then refusing to pay the cancellation fee is disrespectful to our time, our business, and our income. Please understand that these policies are in place to protect small businesses and keep schedules running smoothly.
