Are you an experienced leader with a passion for nails, organization, and customer care? Lux Nails Lounge is looking for a full-time Nail Salon Manager to guide our amazing team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every client who walks through our doors.

✨ Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of nail salon or spa management experience
✔️ Strong leadership & team management skills
✔️ Excellent customer service & conflict-resolution abilities
✔️ Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and inventory
✔️ Knowledge of nail services and salon operations
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
✔️ Bilingual is a plus!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the nail salon

Supervise and support nail technicians and front desk team

Manage client bookings, staff schedules, and communication

Maintain a clean, relaxing, and stylish salon environment

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and handle retail displays

Support marketing efforts and coordinate social media content

Ensure an exceptional client experience at all times
