Please respect appointment times so that I can provide quality service to every client.

⏰ Arrival Expectations
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
• If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.

🕒 15-Minute Grace Period
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals within this time will still be serviced.

💵 Late Fee Policy
• If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, a $20 late fee will be required before services begin.
• The late fee does not reduce the service price.

❌ Excessive Lateness
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late may result in appointment cancellation.
• If cancelled due to lateness, the deposit is non-refundable.

📅 Rescheduling
• Repeated late arrivals may require a deposit for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.

Booking Deposit Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The deposit goes toward your total service price.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (cash, Zelle, Cash App, or other accepted payment method).

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new date.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
