Massage by Tammy Rae

Finally sharing a little peek inside my massage space, which I moved into back in May!

Creating a peaceful, comfortable space where you can come in, slow down, and truly take some time for yourself has been such a special part of this journey. ✨

I offer:

💆‍♀️ Massage Therapy — personalized to what your body needs
🔥 Hot Stone Massage — the perfect way to relax and release tension
🧖‍♀️ Infrared Sauna — a quiet, relaxing way to add some extra self-care to your routine

Whether you’ve got sore muscles, need to unwind, or simply need an hour where nobody needs anything from you… I’ve got you.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. You deserve to feel good, too.

If you haven’t visited my new space yet, I’d love to have you!
