Out of respect for your stylist please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Day of cancellations & no show guests will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule for a late date.
