We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by Comed's recent scheduling error regarding the planned power outage. Initially, we received an email notifying us of a power outage scheduled for the 8th of August. In response, we promptly canceled all appointments for that day to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

However, we have recently been informed by Comed that they made a mistake in their scheduling and the power outage is now planned for the 10th of August. This unexpected change means that we must once again cancel all appointments made for the 10th and reopen on the 8th.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your plans. Our team is working diligently to reschedule all affected appointments and accommodate your needs as best as possible.
