There was a time when updos scared me.
I avoided them, doubted myself, and stayed in my comfort zone.

For a long time, I’ve been following
I once took her online class, and honestly, almost all of my hair education until now was online only.
But when I saw that Tonya was hosting a 2-day in-person training in a small group in Los Angeles, something clicked.

I knew I needed to be there.

Not just for skills.
Not just for techniques.
This was for my soul.

I wanted to touch the level of work of a master like Tonya in real life.
To see, to feel, to learn up close.
So I bought the ticket — and trusted myself.

And it was incredible.
Deep. Inspiring. Eye-opening.
