Today, we celebrate someone who has been part of our story for nearly 15 years — our beautiful Melanie. 🤍

We first met Melanie when she walked through the doors of our cosmetology school as a student with a dream, determination, and a natural talent that was impossible to miss. From the very beginning, she stood out as a top student with a passion for this industry and a gift for making people feel seen, beautiful, and cared for.

Fourteen years ago, she completed her advanced training in our salon under the mentorship of several incredible stylists she still proudly works beside today. Watching those relationships grow into lifelong friendships and professional partnerships has been such a special part of this journey.

Over the years, Melanie has built an incredible career behind the chair, created lasting relationships with her guests, mentored and trained future stylists, and helped so many others grow into successful careers of their own. She has continued to evolve, becoming an independent salon owner while never stopping her pursuit of growth, education, and creativity.

But beyond the talent and accomplishments, one of our greatest blessings has been watching Melanie grow through every chapter of life. From finding Brandon — the love of her life — to becoming an amazing mother to sweet Raelynn, we have been lucky enough to witness so many beautiful milestones, memories, laughs, and moments together throughout the years.

Melanie is truly a cornerstone of our salon family. Her hard work, dedication, compassion, leadership, willingness to share her knowledge, and the way she genuinely cares for others are things that cannot be taught. She brings light, laughter, strength, and heart into every room she walks into.
