The women at Barre 3 have been patient, kind, empowering, everything through all of the obstacles I've had to jump over to keep fighting to keep my body healthy. They've seen me and supported me through personal trauma, loss, and successes. Literally EVERYTHING.

This isn't just an exercise studio, this is a powerhouse of women who support women on all levels and lengths of life and physical being.

I am so grateful for them, and the opportunities they have given me. 🙏🏼
