Recovery is going well, and I’m getting closer and closer to being back doing what I love! 🥹💋

I’m planning to return the SECOND WEEK OF OCTOBER and I seriously cannot wait to see all of you again!

A little update from me 💕

As of tomorrow, I’ll officially be taking a little leave as I head into surgery and focus on recovery.

I’m planning to be out for approximately 4 weeks, and while stepping away from my clients and my business isn’t easy, I know giving myself the proper time to heal is important.

I also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. 🥹💗

To every single person who has booked with me, referred a friend, shared my posts, trusted me with your services, or simply continued to cheer me on—your support and loyalty mean more to me than you probably realize. Because of you, I get to do something I genuinely love.

I’ll miss seeing all of your beautiful faces, but don’t worry… I won’t be gone for long. 😉

First and foremost, I want to say how much I truly appreciate and love all of my clients. Your continued support of my small business means more to me than I can express, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who chooses and trusts The Pout Parlor for their services. 💗

I wanted to take a moment to clarify a policy regarding promotional services and remaining filler from previous appointments so that expectations are clear and consistent for everyone.

✨ Remaining Filler:
If you have filler remaining after your original appointment, it must be used within 30 days of that appointment. After 30 days, any remaining product will be considered expired/forfeited and will no longer be available for use.

✨ Promotions:
Any service or product received through a special promotion must be scheduled and redeemed within the timeframe provided. Promotions are not intended to remain open indefinitely.

✨ No-Shows & Cancellations:
If an appointment is scheduled to receive remaining filler or redeem a promotional service and the appointment is no-showed or canceled, the remaining filler or promotional service will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

As a small business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for that client. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave an appointment space that I often cannot refill, which results in lost time and income for my business.

These policies are not meant to be unkind or inconvenient. They are simply necessary to protect my time, my business, and to make sure that I can continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.

I completely understand that life happens, but I also have to maintain policies that are fair and consistent for everyone. 💕
