PSA: A loose braid at night can save your hair. We’ve had to cut out matting before-don’t let that be you.✂️🤍
Okay so quick hair truth you might not think about-how you sleep matters.🤍
We had a client come in with hair that got matted overnight because it wasn’t secured, and we literally had to cut it out.
If your hair is longer, textured, or prone to tangles:
✨ sleep with a loose braid or low loose bun
✨ use a silk/satin pillowcase (or bonnet)
✨don’t go to bed with it flying wild and wet
