Solea Body Studio

UPDATE TO ADD: You can message me a note and I will write it out for you.

The notes are ready. The pens are out. Now I need your words. 💗💜
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I wanted to do something at Solea that went beyond simply posting a ribbon.
So I created Leave Her a Note.
If you're in the studio this month, take a minute. Grab a sticky note and leave a few words for a woman you may never meet.
Maybe she's fighting breast cancer.
Maybe she's rebuilding after domestic violence.
Maybe she's in the middle of something she hasn't told anyone about yet.
You don't need to know her story to remind her that she's seen.
Write something you needed to hear once. Something that helped you keep going. Something you'd say to a woman sitting beside you who needed a little strength that day.
No names. No explanations. Just women showing up for women.
I'll be collecting the notes throughout October and sharing some of them so these words can reach even further than the walls of Solea.
And I'd LOVE to take this beyond the walls of Solea. 💗💜
If you own a business, work in an office, salon, studio, gym, or have another space where you'd be willing to set up a Leave Her a Note station for October, please reach out to me. I'd be happy to drop one off.
The more spaces we have, the more women we can reach.
Let's fill October with words women need to hear. 🤎
If you're at Solea, leave her a note.
If you have a space, help me give her a place to leave one. 💗💜

October carries two colors at Solea.

💗 Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness.

💜 Purple for Domestic Violence Awareness.

This month, we're celebrating the survivors.

But we're not forgetting the women who aren't on the other side yet.

The woman sitting in a treatment chair today.

The woman waiting for test results.

The woman quietly making a plan to leave.

The woman who isn't ready yet.

The woman who woke up this morning and decided she's going to keep fighting.

You don't have to be on the other side of something for your strength to be celebrated.

So this October, Solea is honoring the women who survived, the women still fighting, and the women finding their way.

I know what it means to be one of those women.

And this month, I want you to know that I see you.

💗💜

Glow With Power.

Please like and share so we can reach all these beautiful warriors. I have some amazing things going on this month. Let's work together to show love and support!
