Thank you!!!
I am over the moon to be voted Best of Annapolis 2026 and to celebrate 11 consecutive years as your favorite destination for brows, lashes, and skin.

When I opened Noreen’s Boutique Spa, my goal was simple: to create a warm, welcoming space where every client feels cared for, confident, and beautiful. To still be here 11 years later, with your continued trust and support, means more than words can express.

To every client who has walked through my door, referred a friend, left a review, shared a kind word, or voted for me….thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Noreen ♥️

Wow… where does the time go? From first-time clients to my ride-or-dies, thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for trusting me with your brows, your lashes, your skin, your time… and sometimes even your stories. It means the world. I am so lucky to do what I love every single day 🩶 ✨✨✨ #noreensboutiquespa #annapolis #annapolisbrows #annapolislashes #bestofannapolis 04/02/2026
