Remember 🩷 Fill pricing starts at the listed base price and is determined by the amount of lash coverage you have when you arrive for your appointment. The less coverage remaining, the more time and product needed to restore your set, which may result in a higher fill price.

This is what your lashes should typically look like when you arrive for your 2-week fill. If they don’t look similar to this, it may be time for us to talk about what could be affecting your retention.

After many years in the lash industry, I take a lot of pride in my work, especially when it comes to proper application and retention. I’m also always willing to take accountability when an issue may be on my end. If that happens, I will do everything I can to identify the problem, make adjustments, and make it right.

However, when retention issues continue repeatedly despite those adjustments, we also have to look at other factors. Our everyday routines, skincare products, sleeping habits, picking or rubbing, natural lash cycles, medications, hormones, aftercare, and even lifestyle can all play a role in how well extensions hold.

Sometimes, better retention means making a few small changes or sacrifices in our daily routines—and I’m always happy to help you figure out what those might be.
