There's just something about that fresh airtouch feeling.

Soft, bright, blended in all the right places, and the kind of blonde that looks effortless the second you leave my chair. AirTouch gives you that natural, lived in dimension with no harsh lines and a grow-out that stays pretty for months. It's low maintenance, it's healthy, and it always feels a little luxurious. Because getting your hair done should.

Ready to feel like this? Message me and let's book your airtouch.

Your airtouch blend is only as good as your dryer positioning. Here's why.

It's easy to think the magic of airtouch happens when you're painting, but it actually starts with the air. How you position the dryer controls exactly how much hair blows away, which means it decides how much stays behind to be lightened. Get that right and you're left with clean, precise sections every single time. And those clean sections are the whole foundation of a seamless blend. When your air control is dialed in, the blend almost takes care of itself, because you set it up to succeed before the lightener ever touched the hair. Sloppy air, sloppy sections, patchy blend. It really does trace all the way back to how you hold the dryer.

Save this for your next airtouch and follow along for more of the details that make the technique work.

Bright, clean, all over blonde... done the healthy way.

Global lightening takes your whole head to that soft, even blonde with no harsh lines and nothing left behind. And because I ran through the entire service, your bonds stay strong while we lift, so you walk out bright and healthy at the same time. That's the only way I do blonde.

Ready to go lighter without the damage? Message me.

A little trick for when your new blonde is fresh but the existing blonde looks dull and needs some love.

Once you've finished your lightener application, take a look at the older blonde. If it needs cleansing, lightly mist the ends with water first to swell the cuticle, then apply Olaplex Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment right over it. Here's the part I love.

While your lightener is still processing up top, the chelator is working on those ends, pulling out mineral and product buildup and refreshing the blonde that was already there. You're using time you were spending anyway. Once everything's done, rinse, follow with Olaplex No. 2, tone if the hair needs it, and finish with your styling.

Two results in one service, and the whole head walks out looking fresh instead of just the new work.

Save this for your next blonde and follow along for more little tricks that make a big difference.

This is what airtouch does that nothing else can.

Airtouch is one of my favorite techniques for a reason. I use airflow to blow away the shorter hairs so only the longer, stronger strands get lightened. That's what gives you this soft, seamless blend with no harsh lines anywhere. The lightness sits exactly where it should, the dimension looks completely natural, and the grow-out stays beautiful for months instead of leaving you with a line to chase. It's precise, it's gentle on the hair, and it creates that lived in, effortless blonde that looks like it just grows out of your head that way. This is the kind of result that makes airtouch worth every bit of the time it takes.

She stopped fighting her gray, and look what happened.
When she sat in my chair, her color was working against her. Grown out, brassy in some spots, gray coming through the roots, and none of it blending together. Instead of covering all of it and locking her into chasing her roots every few weeks, we did something different. We blended her natural gray into a soft, dimensional silver that actually complements it.

Now her grow-out is seamless, the maintenance is so much easier, and the color looks intentional instead of like something she's trying to hide. This is what embracing your gray can actually look like when it's done with care. Not giving up on your hair, but finally letting it work for you.

Thinking about blending your gray instead of covering it? This is one of my favorite things to do. Message me and let's talk about what it could look like for you.

Why babylights are one of the best ways to refresh blonde without over processing.

If you're brightening someone who already has blonde in place, going back over the whole head is the fastest way to compromise the hair. Babylights let you avoid that. By weaving fine, delicate sections you're placing brightness exactly where the eye naturally catches the light, which brightens the whole look while leaving plenty of the existing color untouched. That's what keeps it soft and dimensional instead of flat, and it's why the grow-out stays seamless instead of shelfy.

The other half of a healthy refresh is protecting the strand while you lift. I ran through the whole service so the bonds stay intact even as we brighten, because bright and healthy were never meant to be a trade off.

The formula: lifted with 9+ Blonde Max, toned with Tonal Control 10GB on the mids and ends, and a 7NA root shadow to ground the base and soften the grow-out.

✨️ Placement like this is exactly the kind of thing we work through together in mentoring, hands on until it becomes second nature. Message me the word MENTOR and I'll send you all the details.

The real answer is the one nobody wants to hear.

Neither one wins, because the right developer isn't a favorite, it's a decision. It depends on the canvas in front of you. How much lift you actually need, the condition and porosity of the hair, whether you're going for a gentle lift or you need more power, and how the rest of your formula is built. Reaching for 30 by default because it's "faster" is exactly how you end up with damage you didn't need, and defaulting to 20 when the hair needed more is how you get stuck under toned and under lifted. The stylists who get clean, consistent results aren't loyal to one developer. They read the hair and let it tell them which one to grab.

Which one do you reach for most, and be honest, is it because the hair needs it or because it's your habit?

Most people never see this side of it. The ones who burn out quietly, the ones who leave before they ever hit their stride, the ones who love it but couldn't make it work. This industry is beautiful and brutal at the same time, and staying in it takes so much more than talent. It takes grit, constant learning, and a stubborn kind of love for the craft that keeps you going on the hard days. So if you're still here, still behind the chair, still showing up, that means something. You didn't just survive, you built something.

If you're still doing hair, tell me... how many years have you made it? I want to see these numbers! 🤍
