Spending them in our new home in Washington was such a treat and even though we missed our Texas family so much we feel incredibly thankful and so blessed to have made it to 2025 y’all!!! Woohoo, we did it!!!

You all know about the huge move that my family and I made last spring and although it’s still very bittersweet, I must tell you that I feel such a sense of peace and overwhelming gratitude for the unwavering support you’ve shown for myself, my family and this small business. Hello friends!

It’s been too long since I’ve shared an update! We have successfully moved our whole family of six (plus Bluebell and Marble!) to the Pacific Northwest! What a journey it’s been, thanks to everyone who followed along on Facebook and sent all the good vibes! It’s beautiful here and we are enjoying getting to explore the area.

I made my first successful monthly trip back to Texas and it’s official, I’ll be coming back every 4 weeks, through the end of the year!! 😍 I’m so excited and thankful to get to keep seeing you and taming those tresses for the rest of 2024. It’s been a wild year so far and sharing the experiences with you has brought me so much joy and strength!

I hope you had an amazing holiday season, friends! I want to thank you for your loyalty and patronage this past year and the years prior. 2023 was truly a time of growth and change! You all know about the huge move that my family and I are making after the first of the year and although it’s very bittersweet, I must tell you that I feel overwhelmingly grateful. The past few years have shed light on what is really important in life. Good health, relationships with the people we love, experiences with friends and family and spending more time and energy on the things that bring us joy and less on the things that don't. We are so blessed.

Please note that this service charge increase is a reflection of the increase in costs of business, my travel expenses to and from Texas and accommodations while I’m here in Texas to do this. I’m *really* excited to be able to do this, even if just temporarily, and it’s important that I be financially smart about it so that I actually can do it without causing a strain on my family’s livelihood.
