Our Grooming Girls are a critical link in ensuring that our clients' visits to our barber lounge are nothing short of an exceptional, one of a kind experience! This is achieved through a combination of professional service and educating clients on the products they need in order to build an effective skincare regime at home. Our facials and skincare packages are designed to achieve the desired results that each client seeks. Grooming Girls are compensated for every appointment booked plus tips.

Grooming Girls are expected to:
• Perform professional quality advanced facials, within scope of in-store training.
• Follow all Grooming Store policies and protocols.
• Assist in the cleanliness of the barber lounge.
• Exhibit knowledge of all products and Grooming Store packages/services.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
