✨Such a beautiful space to connect and gather — and we got to work alongside two of our favorite Asheville teachers.

Gongs, crystal bowls, and resonant frequency — washing over the room as we settled into stillness. It's the kind of experience that meets you exactly where you are, and leaves you a little lighter than you arrived.
