Our mission is to support each client's connection to the freedom and fullness of his or her life expression through the integration of various modalities including polarity therapy, cranial sacral, swedish, myotherapy, and reiki. Each session is a neutral, safe space co-created by the therapist and client in a way that honors individual needs, freeing up stagnant/blocked energies with the intention of opening up the dimensionality and authenticity of his or her life process.
