To our valued clients, on behalf of all of us that are scheduled to work Tuesday, Jan 4th...we are all currently without power and for most of us, little access to town. As of now, Stacey & Shantè will attempt to make it in, in the afternoon. Maddy will stay home if no improvement of things in the a.m.
Cindi Smart will be out all day and unfortunately is without any internet access, leaving her without access to her online schedule. She is very sorry if she has not contacted you, but she will as soon as she can!

To our valued, loyal and very patient guests...we finally have a solid plan in place! Although we have been approved to move forward into Phase One and open Friday the 15th, please know we are proceeding with caution. The health and safety of all of our guests is our number one priority and we have decided to extend our opening to the week of the 25th of May. This will not only give an extra week for the curve to flatten a little more but also allow time for our backlogged orders of PPE to arrive and implement all of our safety protocols.

Official opening date will be Tuesday, May 26th. Unfortunately because of our small work space we are having to work very limited hours in order to safely distance from one another. Each of us will be reduced to a 3 day work week but we will do our best to accommodate as many of you as we can, safely, during our long work days.

We are passing along the following info in hopes to answer any questions you may have about your service or appointment expectations.

If you need to call for an appointment or questions please be aware we will all be under extreme time constraints and will not be answering the phones to keep on track and to avoid cross contamination while servicing a client. We will however check the voicemails frequently so please leave a message with your name, number and service you need and we will return your call as soon as possible. Keep in mind we will only be there every other day so patience is appreciated.

Salon guidelines :

-Any client that isn’t feeling well or has been around anyone unwell must reschedule their appointment.

-Services will be provided by appointment only.

-Only 1 client per stylist will be permitted into the salon.

-We cannot accommodate walk-in clientele or new guest services at this time.

-Any client arriving more then 5 minutes past scheduled time, will be rescheduled. No exceptions!

-Upon arrival, please ring doorbell and wait for us to come to the door. Clients must wait outside or in their car to receive a call or text when it is time to enter the building.

-Upon entering client must immediately wash hands.

-Masks must be worn at all times by the client and stylist.

-Client must provide their own mask . Please bring an extra disposable one if receiving a color service. If you do not have one, limited masks may be available to purchase. We request that all masks be they type that goes behind the ear and not behind the head.

-Everyone will be required to maintain a distance of 6 feet. Stylists will remain 6 feet apart.

-Some services will be limited at this time to limit exposure.

-Clients receiving haircuts must come with freshly shampooed hair that’s still damp or a dry cut will be performed.

-No blow drying will be done at this time to limit germ exposure and appt. time. Certain color services may be an exception and limited to a damp blow dry.

-No beard trims or facial waxing will be performed.

-No post shampooing on mens cuts.

-Appointment times will be staggered to provide 30 minutes of disinfecting of all tools and surfaces used, between each client.

-If you are in need of Haircare products, please notify your stylist. We will retrieve and package your products to limit exposure to retail cabinet.

-Do to the current circumstances at this time we will not be offering fantasy colors, balayage, perms, Brazilian Blowout treatments, or any drastic color changes or color corrections.

Again, we thank you for your patience while all try to figure this out together. We will get to each of our guests as soon as possible. We hope these changes will only affect you no more then one or two appointments.

Please let us know if there is anything that cannot be complied with and we will gladly make arrangements for your appointment at a later time.
